Chelsea May lose Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and Antonio Conte this summer if the Blues fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Chelsea may face mass exodus this summer if they miss out on Champions League qualification
Conte looks certain to leave Stamford Bridge regardless of Chelsea’s achievements this season due to his increasingly fractious relationship with the club’s board, but Courtois’ and Hazard’s futures rest on the west Londoners’ European qualification.
The Mirror say ‘there is a growing fear’ the Belgium pair will follow Conte out the exit door if the Blues fail to secure the top four finish that guarantees them a place at the top table of European football for 2018/19.
Neither player has penned a new deal with Chelsea at this moment in time, despite Courtois entering the final year of his contract this summer, and Chelsea offering to make Hazard their highest-paid player on £300,000-per-week.
Real Madrid are known admirers of the pair, while Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be monitoring the situation.
Ligue 1 leaders PSG are also tracking Conte ahead of his likely summer departure from Stamford Bridge, with current head coach Unai Emery expected to lose his job following the French club’s Champions League failure.
