The Asiwaju Grassroots Foundation, AGF has showered unprecedented encomiums on his Principal; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to commemorate his 66th birthday today.
A statement released by the National Publicity Secretary of the Foundation; Comrade Adeboye Adebayo in Lagos this morning described Tinubu as a strong pillar of governance, a stabilising factor in Nigeria and a selfless and patriotic political strategist whose efforts are the reasons why Nigeria is recording steady progress in all sectors.
According to Adebayo, Tinubu's administrative acumen and selfless tendencies have allowed him the opportunities to breed very many leaders who are making waves and contributing to the development of the country at various level of governance and indeed the private sectors today.
“I doubt it, if there is anyone in this nation that has made people stand strongly on their feet both economically and otherwise independently like Tinubu, I doubt if there is anyone in this nation that has made strong and commited leaders like him in this nation, I also doubt it if there anybody in this country that has singlehandedly, selflessly and patriotically contributed to the political development, deepening of democracy and sustenance of civil rule in this great country of ours” Adebayo said.
He noted that the country men and women can only continue to pray for him, so that he will continue to contribute his quotas to the developments of our nation.
He then urged Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to like never before begin to look towards the direction of the youths for their upliftments and empowerments, saying that the youths need the commitment and support of leaders like him especially those in his school of thoughts, those that believe in his ideologies and principles to make waves in the societies as the reality on ground today is not favourable at all for the youths to attain the positions of power and governance on their own because numerous leaders but few, very few today are paying lip service to the course of the youths in this country and it is very sad and discouraging hence we need Asiwaju Tinubu to come to the rescue.
He then ushered prayers for him on his birthday.
“As our Baba, Leader, Mentor and Principal is celebrating we pray Almighty God in his mercy to continue to grant him good health and sound mind, more wisdom and great understanding, so that Baba will continue to contribute his quotas to the growth & development of our nation” Adebayo concluded.
