Three members of a notorious kidnapping and armed robbery syndicate have been reportedly arrested by the Katsina State police Command on Monday.
In a statement issued by the spokesperson for the the command, DSP Isah Gambo, who disclosed that on the 12th of January 2017, the police based on a tip off succeeded in bursting the criminal gang said;
"The suspects (1) Isah Sani m aged 25yrs (2) Abdullahi Salisu ‘m’ aged 30yrs and (3) Babangida Bello m aged 22yrs all of Danmusa and Matazu LGAs of Katsina State, were alleged to have kidnapped one Sayyaba Alhaji Ishiye ‘f’ aged 8yrs of Dadanya village, Danmusa LGA of Katsina state." he said.
He added that the suspects have all confessed to the crime and are making useful statements that's assisting the police in their investigation
