In 1998 he furthered by acquiring Higher National diploma certificate (HND) at Federal Polytechnic Bida Niger state and in 2005 he bagged his post graduate certificate (PGD) at federal university of technology akure, ondo state, has formally asserted is intention as an aspirant under the awning of All Progressive Congress (APC).
The primary election which is to hold from 24th of June till 23rd of July 2018 may be the biggest battle of all primaries in the history of Osun state.
Engineer Mumini who best desribe the acronym "not too young to run" is in his mid fourty and with good antecedents he could be the song on everyone's lips in the state. He is a civil engineer who bagged his certificate in Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo state, with eighteen years working experience in the civil service , agriculture and construction industry.
Vast knowledge of civil engineering just like the present Governor of Osun, he had huge projects such as water desintification , road and building constructions with world bank and Japanese government amongst other, this experience could have great effect on the state infrastructures development as well as many shortcomings up in the face of the state.
He held several leadership roles since his days at school which ascertain these traits are in born and as the present publicity secretary of National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE) it could be said he that is he tested and trusted. As a community developer and entrepreneur who specialises in agricultural business which is one of the major occupation of Osun state dwellers, easier to say "farming is not just a job but his way of life". How all of the massive strength and experience he has turn things around for the people of Osun is a mystery to unravel in coming months.
