It was gathered that the gunmen killed the politician at his residence in Ankwa village of Jema’a Local Government Area in the state on Wednesday night 31st of January 2017, after reportedly gaining entrance into his house, went straight into his bedroom where they shot him dead and left the house without hurting any other else or stealing any property from the house.
According to report, the deceased was until his death a prominent farmer and owner of an irrigation farm at Dogon Daji Reserve close to Godogodo where he farmed hectares of soya beans.
The Kaduna state police command that confirmed the report disclosed that they are investigating the matter and would soon bring the culprits to book.
