A governorship aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress in Osun state, Dr. Ismail Abiodun Ishola Saka-Layonu has said the state governor, Rauf Aregbesola has brought significant turn around in the state in the last seven years he assumed the mantle of leadership.
Dr. Saka-Layonu then stated that people of Osun will forever remember the governor for good owing to numerous policies, programmes and infrastructural developments he brought to the state.
The governorship hopeful made this known in a release issued by his media aide, Kehinde Olakanmi and made available to Amiloaded in Osogbo on Wednesday.
The release reads, "as Osun State celebrates the 7th Anniversary of your (Governor Aregbesola) administration, the State also celebrates your achievements in significant areas towards the development of the State.
"Ranging from notable infrastructural development to economic growth generally, your administration would be remembered for its sincere efforts and commitment in bringing the dividends of democracy to the indigenes of the state through several remarkable policies and programmes, in spite of the many challenges faced by your administration.
"I wish you more success even in your remaining days in office and pray the Almighty Allah to continue to give you the wisdom to continue to successfully pilot the affairs of the state to the end of your term in office. Amen. Osun a Dara!"
